The inspiration for this effort emenated from the occasion of An ex-marine nurse's effort to remind the public of her service by Incorporating her Marine Corp I.D. in a holder around her neck. When asked why she wore that I.D. she remarked, " Perhaps this will remind people that we were 'there' when needed".
That prompted the creation of the BADGE OF HONOR © 2006., as a reminder to the public, that every man and woman that once served our country deserves this long overdue recognition and respect.
The establishment of this symbol reflects our Country's respect for those whose past service ensured our freedom; those who are presently serving , and, the generations who will perform in the future. It should, in perpetuity, become a legacy of respect and honor for all who have served.
